How to Book

Before booking Exton Village Hall, please check the calendar to see whether the hall is free at your required time(s).

If the hall is free in the calendar, please complete the form below. Once sent, the form is received by the booking administrator, who will be in touch to confirm your booking and the relevant hire charge.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 will be payable by all new non-regular hirers in respect of any booking or bookings where the total hire charge will be £80 or more.  The deposit will obviously be deducted from the final invoice for the hire charge.

    We will aim to contact you within 48 hours to provide a quote and then either confirm availability or discuss how we can try and meet your needs.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED, IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    Invoices for the hire of the hall are usually submitted approximately 7 days prior to the date of the booking and must be settled in advance of the hire date.
